This delicious stir-fry dish is so easy to make and so delicious that it's sure to be your new favorite take-out recipe! Enjoy!


Shell, devein and remove the tails of the shrimp. In a large bowl add 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 cup of white wine and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Mix until combined and add shrimp to the bowl. Marinate the shrimp for 20 minutes.
Start a pot of water boiling for the noodles. Boil lo mein noodles according to the packaging instructions.


Slice onion into strips. Seed and remove the membranes of the red bell pepper and cut into strips. Cut dark green portions of the green onions for the topping and garnish.



In a wok or skillet add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice on medium heat. Mix everything together. Add onion and bell pepper strips to the skillet. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic to the skillet, stir-frying for a minute.


Next pour the bowl of shrimp and all of the marinade into the skillet and add 2 teaspoons of corn starch to the sauce. Stir-fry for a couple minutes. It should only take approximately 4-6 minutes for the shrimp to cook and the sauce to thicken. Remove from heat.
Drain lo mein noodles and toss with the shrimp and sauce until everything is well coated.
Serve with a sprinkle of chopped green onions and enjoy!
